Great Stay

Great, clean hotel in a great location, just far enough from the chaos and loudness of Shinjuku centre but close enough to walk. Also right next to the subway. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is the only hotel I stay at whenever I visit Tokyo. They always provide great customer service! The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location since it's next tovthe Higashi Shinjuku Station which takes u anywhere in Tokyo. I hope to return to this hotel in the future. I highly recommend!

Best affordable hotel in Tokyo. They have their own parking which saved us a lot of $$$ and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Did I mention that the station exit is right beside it? Five stars for this hotel.

Good location but wished I booked a larger room

Great location in Shinjuku next to train stop and about a 20-Minute walk to center or the Shinjuku Gyoen gardens. Lovely and helpful staff. Our room was really small for us and our bags (it’s common in Japan) as I accidentally booked one that was 151 sq ft. Next time I would try and book a bigger room for more comfort.

Convenient location, good value.

Check in was easy. We also stored luggage there for the day after check out. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but that’s to be expected in Tokyo. It’s about a 15 mins walk to main Shinjuku station but it’s next to Higashi-Shinjuku station.

Hotel is located right beside Higashi shinjuku station. Many convenient store within 5 mins walking of the hotel. Room size is small but that's what you can expect from the hotel in this price range. Overall a good stay!
