We loved the Kintaro & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Arriving at the hotel you find a beautiful, elegant lobby and a welcoming reception. Our room was clean, quiet, quite spacious and very well appointed with generous amenities and a complimentary mini bar. The bed was very comfortable and the soft night shirts were a nice touch. I regretted that we never got to check out the rooftop because it doesn’t open until 6 pm and we were generally on our way out for the evening by then but we had a good room service meal on our first night.

Probably the best hotel we have stayed in Tokyo. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are spacious which is not something easy to come by in Tokyo. The staff were extremely helpful. Clean rooms and comfy bath. Plus there are coin laundry rooms downstairs. The hotel itself is located close to two train stations and is away from the usual touristy spots with easy access to those areas. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for a full week in late June. Location is super convenient-about 30 foot walk to the Nagaracho metro entrance, making getting anywhere super easy. Staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only thing preventing a perfect score are the beds, which others have mentioned. I don’t mind a hard bed at all, but these things were like cement. Absolutely zero give. We got sort of used to it by the end, but my back is very unhappy. Other than that, could not recommend more.

Great location for subway and imperial gardens. Fantastic that the hotel had its own DIY laundry to wash a few clothes when touring. Very helpful staff and very big room and comfortable bed. Extra pillow was provided when requested also.
