First trip to Japan with family of 4

This hotel was great. The room we stayed in was a great size for our family of 4 (we had 2 teenagers travelling with us). Our only complaint about our room was the lack of storage. We stayed for 3nights & would have liked a dresser to put things away especially sine we had been living out of our suitcases for 10 days prior! Overall, great stay though. About a 7 minute walk to the monorail.The shuttle service was great too,

Easy and quick access to Disney parks using the shuttle service. This also provided quick access to Maihama station. The onsite convenience store and bakery provided great snack options at a reasonable price.

The hotel was amazing and clean, with outgoing and friendly staff. Any time we needed something, the front desk staff was always willing and enthusiastic to help. They were able to find solutions for any issues that came up at the last minute, made recommendations on times to leave and easy places to get food, and were extremely helpful in helping us book transportation back to the airport. For Tokyo Disneyland, you couldn’t have asked for a better spot. It’s not as crowded as the other hotels, quieter and very easy to get to and from the parks. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I liked the view from my room of the bay. I thought the staff was very, very nice and helpful. I would have preferred paying for a room for one person, not two, as I was staying alone.

The hotel is on the list for the limosuine bus from Haneda airport so that was convenient. The hotel also provides shuttle to the Maihama Station for easy access to Disneyland and Disney Sea.

The breakfast buffet was even better than I expected, and I enjoyed it very much. All the staff were kind, and above all, I loved that there was a free shuttle service to Disneyland and that the distance was very close.
