We were treated, so well by the staff at this hotel! The girl at the front desk really blew us away! She was so helpful! I am an Expedia gold member, so they gave us each a welcome gift! The buffet was one of the best out of the 10 different hotels we stayed in during our Japan trip! The location is far from everything, but the service, & super cheap price for this place made up for that! We had a fabulous time here! This place is a 10!

The hotel is only 3-5 mins walk from subway station. Convenience store (family mart) right beside the hotel. Supermarket beside subway station. If you are going to Disney, that will be a good choice for you. Hotel is not in the city(Tokyo) but peaceful and only 15 mins away from Tokyo station by subway. Customer service is Excellent!!! Room is clean and size is above average than other hotels in Japan.

Very clean and staff was super friendly. It is close to the train station and Tokyo station is around 10 minutes away in train. Area was quiet and walkable. There is a Family Mart in the same building which is really convenient after a long day of walking.

The staff were super nice and very helpful. Made us feel very comfortable and welcomed every time we saw them in the lobby. Good amenities all around. The family mart in the lobby area was a game changer. We would go to it at least twice a day. Highly recommend staying here!

We liked that it was a clean hotel, the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. I think the only thing we didn’t like was the lack of things to do in the area. However, the train station was only a five minute walk so it wasn’t really that big of a deal. Would stay here again for sure.

This hotel was not only gorgeous, it felt luxurious from the moment we stepped inside. We were welcomed in by a friendly worker who helped guide us to check in and through the lobby so we knew where everything we needed was.

Staffs are nice and the place/room are clean. amenities are good. room service/cleaning staffs had tough time communicate with English. So we needed someone who can translate English to something else. a big bath was good to relax and a nespresso machine to have espresso whenever we want was a big bonus.
