The breakfast was so much better than expected. They have salad, freshly made eggs/omelette, noodles, variety of baked goods. My kids love the soft serve ice cream and hot/cold chocolate. They have all kinds of coffee/teas. It’s so much better than the typical American buffet breakfast, yes they have cold cereal, no we didn’t eat it. Worth the extra money for the breakfast buffet.

This was a wonderful property to stay at. The amenities were great, the onsen was amazing with everything provided. Very handy having a Family Mart inside the building and handy being so close to Disneyland without paying Disney prices! My only gripe is that there were young children in the onsen playing and splashing around like it was an Aqua park at 10pm at night - there should be an age limit!

The Hotel is very clean. Everywhere is spotless Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.All the front desk employee speak very good English and very willing to help. Clean room, nice staff. Literally next to a convenience store for shipping. Couple of blocks from train to Tokyo and connect to bullet train. Enjoyed the restaurant as well. Food staff sked about allergies before we ordered which was important for us. Highly recommend this hotel. Note: It is away from tourist section. However, train stop is nearby (literally 1.5 blocks) and taxis are plentiful.

Staff were very polite, helpful and multi-lingual. Always welcomed with a smile. Room was much larger than expected of Tokyo, and luxurious. Only thing i would like to see change is installation of more washing machines.

Clean and good size room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful and spacious lobby. Just a short walk to a train station and three train stops to Tokyo station. Also very easy to get to Tokyo Disney as well.
