The hotel is well located just across from the JY Yamanote line. Also close to Tokyu Square with lots of stores and restaurants. Staff is very accommodating and helpful while the rooms are clean and well equipped. Especially loved that there was a washer/dryer right in the room.

Fantastic hotel!! Front desk staff was very friendly and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The location is great, there is an entrance to the train station right outside the front door. Everything about Tokyu Stay Gotanda is great! Staff is wonderful! We have stayed at other Tokyu Stays and this one does seem older, but we will come back as we love the amenities at Tokyu Stay Gotanda and cleanliness and location!!! It was nice to be offered cold bottled drinks in the afternoon!

Close to station, front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. There is coffee in the lobby as well as complimentary water or juice.
