Excellent experience. Wonderful and charming design. Great bed, pillow and sheets. The pajamas are fabulous. The Higashikawa Sparkling water is absolutely wonderful. The pear juice delicious. Incredible stay, customer service was on point

The front desk team went out of their way to make guest feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. They were attentive, joyful and helpful. There were events/parties happening 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, so the lobby and our floor were busy, but once we were in our room, it was not an issue (noise did not travel). Overall incredible stay and would go back in a heartbeat.
