genuinely the best place we’ve ever stayed at in Japan. The location is convenient, close to so many stores. The place itself is clean, with beautiful balcony view. There was 4 of us and although there was only two beds, the couch can turn into a queen bed so it was perfect for us.

Location is quiet, peaceful, nice small restaurants close to the apartment. A little bit furthee from the stations but price of hotel made up for that and we do not mind the walking

Check in and stay were great. However the check out lacked of customer service skills. We requested a late check out 2 days prior to leaving and were asked to request again the day prior. We did reach out again the day prior and were confirmed we could check out at 5pm as we requested for a fee. We were provided with a payment link and paid for it right away. A few hours after paying and got confirmation of check out time, we received another message telling us the late checkout time was no longer available and that we could only stay till 12pm. We got a refund for the difference of the fee paid and a sorry message. We feel the host lacked of customer service skills and this was a very wrong way of doing business. Not only our plans had to be changed in a very short notice but we also incurred in exchange losses between the late check out payment and the refund later issued by the host.

No lo recomiendo. Estuve siete días, seis noches y ningún día hicieron la limpieza. Era más como un Airbnb pero en una plataforma más orientada a hoteles (expedía), al menos en el tema de la limpieza. Y por ende, en ningún momento repusieron jabón para bañarse. Además, el encargado del departamento/hotel solicitaba que el huésped separara y sacara la basura. Había mala comunicación con él y no proponía soluciones a algo tan básico como lo antes indicado. La verdad se pagó un precio alto por el mal servicio. No lo recomiendo.
