Things just aren't the same anymore.

Front desk person couldn't understand English. !st room TV wouldn't work . 2nd room the key stopped working. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. No towels were available at pool. Disappointed with my stay there.

The property needs a massive upgrade but for a budget hotel, it is fine. The parking lot is pothole city but there are plenty of spots. Plenty of shopping and dining option steps away. There is a Kroger and plenty of quick service and fast food restaurants.

Nice people & room was ready early for us. We actually got to use the pool & amazed at the 8ft plus deep end. The back parking lot ended up with lots of puddles after the rain storm.

It was just what we needed. Short sleep. Breakfast time was too short, 9:00 a.m. to stop breakfast is too soon, even on a week day. Most people staying are vacationing.

Great accomodations for handicaped family

Our visit was good. Clean pool helpful staff and great breakfast and clean place. I have a 90 year old Dad and we needed special accommodations for him to shower.all met! We enjoyed our stay.

We booked here for the pool and sadly we found out it was closed at check in :(. Otherwise it was an average stay. A bed to sleep in and an okay breakfast for our quick stop on our journey back home to Canada

This place is a joke! Used to be great.

Upon my arrival, I entered a seemly clean room, and of course, checked for bugs as I always do in hotels. Then we begin to unpack our things and look for places near the hotel to get dinner. While putting our items away, I noticed there were no linens for the pullout sofa, which is where my kiddos were sleeping. I figured it was no problem and I asked housekeeping in the hallway if I could get a sheet, blanket and a couple pillows for the couch. They didn’t understand me and sent me to the front desk. The lady at the front desk proceeded to walk me down five different hallways and then hand me a flat sheet and a comforter, and then told me that that’s all she had available. When I asked for a couple of pillows so that my kids would have them she just stated “ no pillows”. Mind you this was all in the first 30 minutes of being in the location. When we headed out to get dinner, I just kept telling my husband I wanted to leave. There was a communication barrier and I wasn’t gonna have any of us be uncomfortable because of it. After chatting with Hotels.com and basically being told, there’s nothing they could do we came back to the hotel with our dinner. After eating, we lounge around for about 30 minutes before deciding to take the kids down to the pool, which is obviously their favorite part of any hotel staycation. While in the pool, we observed plenty of people, breaking the rules, including kids with no parents, and the desk lady came down to tell me I couldn’t have my soda
