El hotel en general es muy bueno, gran ubicación y amenidades. Tienen un problema con la puerta de las habitaciones ya que la puerta prácticamente cierra pero queda floja, el sonido de las otras habitaciones y de la calle no deja dormir. Las señoritas de la recepción tienen áreas de oportunidad enormes, desde un inicio solo me querian forzar el tomar una habitación más grande, cobros extras por mis perros cuando no se menciona aqui en Hoteles.com una muy mala actitud a la entrada y salida del hotel, sientes que te van a cobrar por cualquier ademas del alto costo de la habitación, definitivamente no brindan comodidad ni segurodad al huésped.recepción hacen un trabajo bastante pobre,
