The property manager doesn't know how to communicate
I never book though an app for room like this before, so when it came to check, i email the lady 3 time asked above thr code, she never told to i had to go thought the app.. so i was locked out my 1st night and had to pay an extra $150 for a hotel, and then the next day i finally figured it out, they left me only 1 big towl for 2 people, i asked for another one and was told there are only enough for how many people that i said that were staying. And yes, but you left me 1 towl.. long shot i had to go to Walmart to buy towls so my friend could take a shower... I will never stay there again..
We really liked it, except the couch was not a good bed. I person slept on it and was uncomfortable, trie the other side and it was worse. For two people it would be great. Checking in was a little hard for someone not computer smart. Overall i would say great for two people or a child and parents.
Check in was a breeze which is essential since we travel for my boyfriend's job. The place looked exactly like the photos online and was clean when we arrived. We hope to come back soon
The property manager is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. The place had a huge hole in the ground 2 feet from our entrance door. The office lady was extremely rude. They claim it was due to the rain, however, there was all sorts of sewage hoses and such in and around the whole. I wish I coyld post the pics I took. No refund because "we were unable to re-rent it because you didnt cancel" I COULD NOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE TO TALK TO! Please DO NOT do business with this horrible company.
