They new about the water cuz she said they are waiting for parts for boiler. This should of mentioned when checked in to give option to stay or not.

Checked in later than expected. Staff informed us that there was no hot water as their boiler went down. Said they tried to call to let us know, never received the call. Said they would refund our reservation if we didn't want to stay. This was at 11:00 pm so we just stayed. Staff didn't seem concerned, never offered a Wi-Fi password or info about the breakfast. It was like we were inconveniencing them. One of our rooms was fine, clean but the other one the sheets looked slept in and the bed was not made up decently. At least the breakfast was good.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times and always 100% satisfied. They also give 2 drinks free during happy hour at the bar ( per person) for every night you’re there. Breakfast is always top notch, clean, and excellent service!

First impression walking into the room- definitely could smell previous cigarette smoke. The main door to the room when closed had a huge gap, even when locked. The door stop had apparently been broken off and not been replaced. The carpet was stained in multiple areas and very old. The light would flicker for 5-10 seconds before turning on. There was hair from previous occupants in multiple locations in the bathroom, including the toilet and toilet paper holder. As well as a spot of tile in the bathroom wall was missing and not replaced, instead filled with a lot of caulking. Not a cozy environment to stay in whatsoever. Only plus was breakfast was pretty good and staff was very friendly and nice.

We were happy with the beds and pillows great. The appliances and setting area was good. The balcony was nice, great breakfast and evening drinks and popcorn. Great staff! One thing that needs to be addressed is the toilet in room 208 it run all weekend that's costing you a water bill. The bathroom floor was dirty and a little mold between the tub and door jam that is rotting out on the bottom. Otherwise I highly recommend Hotel.
