The room was nice, and clean. We slept well. I had trouble getting on the WiFi, but the maintenance guy was able to help me. He was great! The shower had a nice head and so the shower was wonderful, but the shower door leaked terribly even though we had the door closed completely. There was a huge puddle on the floor after we were finished with each of our showers. The TV was so complicated, we had a hard time figuring it out. And no Hallmark channel. So sad! So many terrible shows on TV! Nothing good to watch. My husband tried making coffee. He was on his knees trying to figure it out, until he realized he could lift the tray with the coffee maker out of the cabinet and put it on the desk. Maybe some directions or signs would be good. At 68 he shouldn't have to be on his knees trying to figure out coffee at a nice hotel.

Well lit parking lot. Very friendly front end staff and very helpful in answering questions. Breakfast staff were the best. Two super amazing waitresses took care of everything for us from creamer to coffee to cleaning up. They rock. Check out staff was also amazing as the check in staff. What s great team of people. Best service I've had in years.

This hotel is disgusting. It looks as if it has not been updated in 30 years. The entire building smells of industrial chemicals. It is way overpriced. Front desk staff is lazy. Stay away from this dump. I am surprised Hilton has their name on it.

My favorite hotel to stay in Lawrence. Not particularly close to anything, but it is large, clean and typically affordable. No free breakfast, although they have breakfast vouchers (which you do NOT get when booking through 3rd party apps) kinda a bummer, I did try asking for some anyways, but was turned down. Pool was closed at my last stay.

To start we had to wait several minutes when checking in because there was no one around or at the desk. Then the person who helped us finally walked up to the desk but did not apologize and was very solemn. She was not rude just very mater of fact. Gave me my key without telling me the room number. Our room had some small issues with mold in corners but the worst was how slippery the bath tub was. Our room was a handicap assessable room, we did not need it to be but my concern is how slippery the bath tub was for a handicap person. My husband fell while taking a shower and was pretty bruised up from the fall. After the fact we should of said something when it happened but did not. It wasn't the worst place I've stayed but definitely probably won't return.

This is a very very old property and quite expensive for a game weekend. It is not in the best of repair in either the rooms or low ceiling hallways and we did have a problem with one front desk clerk, but the general manager took care of it. Other than that the staff is really excellent the pool was indoor and in the center of the rooms like the old holidome and the decor was 20-30 years old, but great breakfast buffet and staff was well trained and friendly.
