Wir haben das Hotel als Paar gebucht. Wir sind weder pingelig noch haben wir den Anspruch auf eine gehobene Einrichtung. Bei der Kategorie drei Sterne haben wir nicht viel erwartet. Dennoch sind wir immer noch entsetzt: Das erste Zimmer „Standard „ war bestehend aus lauter kaputten und altem Inventar, stank nach Urin und war dreckig! Dann baten wir um ein neues Zimmer was wir erst am nächsten Tag bekamen. Das Hotel war ausgebucht weil ein bekannter Motorrad Club aus ganz Europa sich da niedergelassen hat. Das „comfort“ Zimmer war zwar größer aber genauso dreckig. Ich habe dreimal drum gebeten das Zimmer zu säubern, dass einzige was die gemacht haben ist die Handtücher auszutauschen und der Müll wurde geleert. Das war’s ! Das für sieben Nächte und 750 Euro ! Ekelig! Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch , es gab nicht mal frisches Gemüse . Die Bilder sind definitiv nicht mehr wahr. Das war mal bestimmt ein schönes Hotel. Die Pool Landschaft liegt brach und der kleine Teil der offen ist lässt zu wünschen übrig. So eine wunderschöne Gegend, so ein tolles Land ! Aber dieses Hotel ist nicht einmal ein Stern wert! Schade.

Well the first room was aweful old carpet old bathroom so I went to the front desk and Jan was very friendly and helpful and gave us a nice room the next day the ac was out and the man at the front desk was rude and grump he was there both nights and real unfriendly nothing like Jan he was great

Budżetowe sanatorium z pozytywnym akcentem

Dla wyjazdu służbowego nie polecam. Ale dla rodziny z dziećmi tak. Dużo osób starszych i rodzin z dziećmi. Przypomina to trochę uzdrowisko. Odradzam dla kogoś kto szuka spokoju. Wrażenia pozytywne. Za dopłatą kilku RUR jest kolacja w formie bufetu. Stąd ogólnie bardzo dobra cena do jakości. Ale jak wspomniałem bez fajerwerków.

Das Zimmer ist ok. Eher schlecht als recht aber man benötigt es sowieso nur zum Schlafen. Essen ist auch in Ordnung! Es war nichts dabei was schlecht gewesen wäre! Die Kellner sind etwas langsam. Ansonsten würde ich empfehlen sich tagsüber im Wellness Zala aufzuhalten. Dort ist es traumhaft schön!!! Essen ist auch top.

Worth the Drive

20km off the highway, 100 km from anywhere but what a gem ! Very friendly staff who knew enough English to make us feel comfortable. Not use too seeing N Americans but were pleased to have us. Rooms were good, balconies overlooking the pools and mountains. Best buffet breakfast experienced in the last 35 days of hotel travel. Price for meals, drinks and stay very reasonable. 3 outdoor pools and 1 indoor with an assortment of tubs and saunas. A lot of older adults but I cant imagine it not being full of younger people once the summer hits. great value

How nice to stay at a Spa on a Business Trip!

I enjoyed this hotel/spa. I want to go back and take better advantage of the baths, indoor/outdoor pools, and spa area. A la carte restaurant was good!

Ho trascorso due giorni immerso nelle acque calde delle terme e mi sono rilassato tanto. Consiglio di prenotare una pensione completa in quanto nei dintorni non ci sono strutture accoglienti per pranzare o cenare altrove.

Good value and comfort

Was positive experience. Didn't go to Vesna for the spa/wellness options, but used it as a base to visit the rest of Slovenia. I drove to Bled, Predjama Castle, Maribor and returned by 10pm-2am to Vesna. Reception staff was always helpful. Had specific place to visit in Velenje first evening and receptionist drew me map with engineer precision and I arrived location w/o problems. Breakfast is included and all I needed for food from the hotel as I was out the rest of the day/night. In end, didn't use Wellness Zala,etc but given the number of people staying and using the pool and the facilities, I assume the facilities are good. Some areas where others might find a negative, but didn't count much with me: elevators work OK, a little slow and not so big. Bathroom big enough and worked. Room functional, clean tho some stains on floor. Glad I got balcony room facing front w good view of pretty Topolšica area. Room warm, a good thing in October. Parked rental car in front along and no vandalism or theft issues to report. The isolation of Topolšica means that only people who want to be there are there. There is a pub and market down the road 200m away. I extended my stay 2 nights for a total of 5 nights because I figured the Vesna advantages were greater than any drawbacks I mentioned above. To summarize, the cost was very reasonable, the location good for my needs.
