Nice property, did not know all the restrictions on the property when making reservations online. No smoking on property EVEN OUTSIDE (crazy). No alcohol on property. I can’t drink in my room that I pay $150 a night for. Didn’t have a warm feeling from any interactions with staff. We are traveling to other casinos and don’t expect to have similar conditions on our stay. This would be a hard NO for future stays. No chance.

The staff was very short, not unfriendly, but not friendly either. The pool and cold and yhe hot tub was filthy! The casino part of the hotel, everyone was very friendly and helpful but some machines were broke. Will go back but not to stay the night. Definitely not a pillow top.

What we didn't like was waiting 2+ hours for our reserved room. It was not ready! Check in is at 3. It was not ready for over 2 hours! We were supposed to get a call when it was ready. But after 2 hours, I finally went back up to the desk, and they said it was ready. Sat around for over 2 hours in the lobby. The rest of our stay was fine. The food in the food court was good and inexpensive for the amount of food you got.
