A short walk of about five minutes leads to the villa, immersed in a charming setting. The villa is exclusively available to guests, ensuring complete privacy and an intimate experience on Italy's most romantic lake. The property boasts a modern heated pool with a whirlpool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking views. Each of the seven bedrooms offers magnificent views of the lake through large windows and panoramic balconies. The bathrooms, elegantly clad in marble, are equipped with every comfort, including makeup mirrors, hairdryers, and towel warmers. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything needed to prepare unforgettable meals to be enjoyed on the terrace or in the dining room. The villa's furnishings, characterized by Art Nouveau-style furniture, contribute to creating an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The first floor hosts a cozy living room with a fireplace and plasma TV, perfect for relaxing after a day spent on the lake. The three bedrooms on the first floor offer luxurious comfort, with a suite featuring a private balcony and two double bedrooms with private bathrooms and wardrobes. On the second floor, four additional bedrooms, including two suites with bathtub, one double bedroom, and one single bedroom with private bathroom, complete the accommodation offer.
