Despite the construction outside, the rooms were nicely redone and very clean, smelled nice and the beds were comfy. We arrived late due to a very long delay getting a rental car so we slept in and we missed breakfast. We did order the night before so a kind woman did put together a meal for us! Thanks for a nice night!

Booked for my daughter and friends as it was closest available to Canada’s Wonderland. Room was not clean at all, they found some surprises under the bed when looking for something in the morning before checking out. Opened the pull out bed abd it looked like the blankets in the bed had not been touched in weeks. Hair and other dirt found on the sheets. Needless to say we folded the bed back up.

This place seems like they shouldn’t be open for business. Poor customer service at the front desk, semi-permanent construction, nails in the parking lot. No vending, absolutely no ice, no soap in rooms, and expensive to top it off!

Property is undergoing renovations, and they are trying hard to accommodate guests as best they can. The customer service is very pleasant and responsive. I had to change rooms the second night as there was a mouse in my room, as well as lots of fruit flies in the bathroom. So an issue with cleanliness (fruit flies) and renovations often misplace the tiny creatures (mice) we usually never have to see.
