Kitchenette with quartz countertops, stainless steel 20" refrigerator (Hisense), induction cooktop with compatible cookware, stainless steel microwave oven (Black & Decker) and a multi purpose electric kettle (can be used to boil water but also suitable for making hot beverages like tea and cocoa, soup, oatmeal and more). The kitchenette also has a toaster, coffee machine (that makes both ground and Keurig coffee), and slow cooker.

The dining area between the kitchenette and living room contains a dining table with 3 seating spaces & chairs. It also includes a bar table and 2 bar chairs with a direct line of sight to the Smart TV in the living room..

The bathroom has a tastefully designed shower and sink with LED powered vanity mirrors. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are included. You will also find a hair dryer for your added convenience. The bathroom floor uses porcelain tiling and ceramic tiling is used for the shower surround.

Living Room with queen sized sofa bed and Smart TV with included Netflix subscription as well as a space heater. For added entertainment, this room includes a variety of board games. There is a decorative olive tree (next to the TV) that gives this room a natural and homey feel.

The passage leading from the apartment door to the bedroom and bathroom is wide and spacious and has a dedicated workspace (computer desk and chair) as well as a movable garment rack for for storage of coats, shirts, etc.

The bedroom contains a stylishly designed and ultra comfortable IKEA queen sized bed with dual nightstands and a chest of drawers. This room also contains a foldable ironing board and iron (stored in the chest of drawers) to help guests prepare fully for formal occasions like weddings, interviews, etc.

The apartment is fully sound proofed, thus assuring complete privacy for guests. Laminate flooring is used throughout the apartment.
