The property was overall nice and staff were super accommodating and kind. However, when we checked in and got into our room we noticed our bedding had been covered in stains. We called the reception to ask for these to be changed, and it did take what seemed like a lengthy amount of time to receive the fresh set. Once received, our new bedding was also not appearing to be clean :(. Staff were great. I just wish a bit more attention was paid to the cleanliness of the rooms, while I’m sure the bedding was cleaned, one does question why there would be stains all over their bedding after a long day of travelling.

This is a great location if you need to be near the airport, obviously, but is also completely workable in terms of getting to and from downtown. Take the shuttle to the airport and hop on UP Express and you’re downtown at Union Station in minutes. There are several restaurants close by as well, which makes it pleasant. We spent four days and were able to connect to everything we needed with relative ease using a Presto Card and UP Express/TTC.

Despite the construction around, the hotel was relatively easy to access. The property is modern, clean and accessible. The staff is kind, professionnal and smiling. My room was spacious, clean and well-provided. The bed was comfy, room temperature was perfect. Bathroom, despite a little small, was functional. Shower has high-pressured water. The shuttle to airport was really convenient. A little critique here: the driver on Aug. 24th morning (going to airport after checkout) was rude, very strict and unfriendly. I don't know if the shuttle drivers are employed by a private company or hotels, but this behaviour should not be tolerated when carrying passengers. All the other drivers were very kind, smiling and professionnals.
