Front desk staff were exceptionally attentive. Indoor pool with a highlight, the kids loved it. Extremely convenient for Major Toronto attractions, and directly connected to the go Express to get to the airport, which was really convenient to end the trip. We would definitely stay there again!

Our check-in experience was wonderful—the staff were amazing! They even found someone who spoke our language, which made us feel especially welcome. Everyone was kind, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful—super clean, with a lovely bathroom and a stunning view. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside came during checkout. We were expecting to get our $300 deposit back, and were told to wait while someone checked the room for any damages—which was totally understandable. However, the staff member assigned to do this went on a lunch break and forgot about us. We ended up waiting for about 30 minutes, which was frustrating as we had plans in Toronto and were running late. When she returned, she simply said she forgot and didn’t offer an apology. Instead, her coworker came over and asked if we wanted a drink, which felt a bit dismissive. It was a disappointing way to end an otherwise great stay. I just wish the checkout process had been more organized, especially given how wonderful everything else had been.

We arrived early and our room wasn't ready as yet but they allowed us to check in and stored our bags. They texted us once the room was ready, when we returned to the hotel we received our keys and our bags had already been transported to our room. Excellent amenities and the staff are very pleasant.

Upon arrival, valet staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk agent at check-in was super friendly and helpful as well. Upon check out, the front desk lady was not kind or warm at all and it felt like we were a nuisance to her the whole time. When we went to retrieve our bags from the bell hop desk, it was as if the only lady at checkout went out of her way to not help us. She even helped retrieve the bags of the guests standing behind us waiting at the bellhop desk. She also didn’t acknowledge us at all after helping those guests and returned to the front desk with no one else in line. It changed our view of returning to this hotel in the future.

Hotel has a very good location. Easy walk to CN tower, harbor front, aquarium, Union Station. Also plenty of restaurants around. Room is spacious and clean with beautiful view of the harbor. Overall we had a pleasant stay at the hotel with some minor issues. First, my room is on 31st floor. Elevators for the high floors stopped working from time to time, causing long wait time on some days. Second. I got a bill for valet parking but I didn't even have a car. Talked to the front desk and finally get it sorted it out.

Excellent Service

Our stay was excellent. The thoughtful design of the rooms and the view made our stay memorable. The service was professional and friendly. The local was very convenient and central to all attractions. Access to the PATH was a convenient surprise. This is a go to hotel for anyone staying in Toronto
