Bed was very firm, room wasnt very clean. Ac didnt work at all was very hot. Tv only had one channel and that barely worked. The owners or hosts didnt speak english very well. Only spent one night but next time i probably wont go for the cheapest hotel possible

It was terrible. I signed up for a private bathroom and then when i was checking in, they make you pay a 200 dollars "safety deposit" and after that they told me that i i needed to share a bathroom "Am I okay with that". When i asked if i had a choice they said no. Turns out the shared bathroom was IN someone elses room. Which was a terrible situation. The room itself had a door to the adjacent room and I could hear the WORDS they were saying including how annoyed they were that i had to use their bathroom. They also were talking until 4 am, wi and started talking again at 8 am so i got a total of about 2 hours of sleep.

This is an old accommodation. Tv's not good Area seedy. Restaurants mostly Tim Hortons and McDonald's. No breakfast cafes.

Parking was a major issue, bathroom had hair and black mold in it. Staff was not overly friendly. Also felt it was odd as well as inconvenient to have to fill out additional paperwork even though they would have already had the same info that I gave them on file as we booked though an app.

Location was excellent, restaurants near, walkable to downtown, tranportation available. The cleanliness was poor, doors, frames and walls had stains. The receptacle in toilet was broken, one window mecanism was broken and had to close be the outside. The thermostat of the air conditionning was in the hall without the clear protection over it (removed/broken) and the cooling system was often off, suspected by others or disfunction. The place is okay, but could be better with couple corrections and improve cleanliness.

Our stay here was great. The staff were very nice and helpful. If you blink you might miss the door to the office but we found it :) we were then taken to another building that had our actual room, the was perfect for us and its pretty convenient to the places we wanted to go to, BUT the stairs in the building to get to our room were sooooo big, and I hate stairs but if thats all I found to complain about then I think we are doing alright. So great staff, accommodations were great for the price point and location. Would stay here again.

The location was surrounded by all necessities, restaurants, conveniences, etc. The signage of the property was hard to find. We walked by it several times before seeing the small typed lettering on the door. It was secure and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

I liked the area around the property, great little brewery next door with craft beer, pizza place across the road was excellent. Close to markets, coffee and pharmacy. Over all great little find. It's not a 5 star hotel but it offered everything you could need. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. I would stay again.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Dragon Gate Inn. I was not sure when i did the reservation but finally I was very surprise, if I had to go back I would reserve again.

Room was clean, service was good, area around the hotel is amazing. So many options for dinning and shopping. Although the 'Cable TV' had only 2 channels. There was also no service at night if an emergancy happens that does not need the police. Other then that would recommend for the area and price of the hotel!
