We were at the airport waiting for the shuttle which wasn't showing up. We called the online number which is a reservation system number that told us to contact the hotel directly. We searched the internet for 40 mins and all the numbers we found were getting us back to the reservation system. I found one local number but it was "unavailable" the first time I tried, which means it was busy. The 3 other times I tried the number "does not exist" was given, which means I was blocked. I got one attendant in person on the reservation service who told me to contact the hotel directly. I told her that I couldn't find the number online, she asked my phone number and told me she texted me directly the number... I never got the text. We ended up asking a shuttle driver from another H-Inn Express location and he said he would phone the driver, who showed up a short time later. Now that driver was brusk and rude to everyone who was waiting for him. The van was over-crowded and one 10-year-old kid had to sit on her dad's lap. When we got to the hotel, there were 2 desk attendants. Within 2 mins one of the attendant disappeared leaving the large crowd to be dealt with by the lone attendant. She was really nice but there's only so much she could do to check-in every body. When we finally got to the room, it was nice but too warm. We ended up losing 2 hours of precious sleep because of wasted time looking for a phone number that should have been easily found online. We were pissed off!
