I had a beautiful room. Comfortable sofa and bed, nicely appointed, Nespresso machine. And, for being out in the industrial area close to the airport, there was an in-hotel dining room and a few, very walkable, restaurants. I would definitely stay here again on a flight layover.

Issues: Main light in room was near useless. Water from the ice machine was about halfway to opaque. Bathroom light can shut off on you while in the shower. No outlets near the bed. All of the add-ons were steep to ridiculous in price ($25 to stream a movie? JFC) Checkout from TV didn’t work. Couch cushions were stiff to the point of being unpleasant. Poor sound isolation. chair at desk was uncomfortable and should have had rollers.

I believe that Parking should be free for guests. $30 is a high price for one night. I didn’t know until I arrived that there was a parking fee. It may have been mentioned in the booking. But I didn’t notice. If it was not mentioned, then that information should be changed. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The property felt pretty new, well-maintained and very clean. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive, making the experience even better. Breakfast was also excellent, with good quality and variety. Overall, a great stay and a hotel I would definitely recommend when traveling near Toronto Airport.
