We were offered an upgrade for an additional cost upon check-in. We took it and it was great! Only downside was that they texted us 30 minutes into our stay to perform a routine follow-up on our initial thoughts, but when I responded and informed them that we were short one towel, I never received a response.

The staff were some of the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. They allowed us to check in early (830am!), provided a crib for our baby, and booked us transportation to the airport with a car seat. The room was huge and clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Booked a 2 night stay that included access to the private exclusive beautifully warmly decorated 3 room ‘Club Lounge’ with a view. Not really knowing what to expect - I was blown away at the extras it provided! Private check in/ out, VIP service, a warm and relaxing place to read, play games, chef prepared food, snacks, alcoholic/ non alcoholic drinks and just simply a quiet place to relax that is all included in your stay. Not to mention the outstanding service they provided there. Well done!
