This is my go to hotel while in Toronto, lots of dining options in the area that are easy to walk to and the location is great as it is a pretty central location while not being downtown.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel room. The space was impressively large, which made it feel instantly relaxing. I especially loved having a bath — it was perfect after a long day. The central heating kept the room at a consistently comfortable temperature, which made the whole experience even better. And the bed was incredibly comfortable; I slept so well thanks to how supportive and cozy it was. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Arrived with 2 large and 3 small cases but there was no help available. I had to search for a case trolley, load them myself and push them inside. Took a lot of persuasion at reception to get someone to take them to our room. Same at exit the next morning. Reception said no-one available. 4* is laughable
