The staff member was very nice and helpful, he helped carry my bags up the multiple stairs. It is not an accessible space. I think in the description it should say it’s not accessible or easy for anyone with a bad back to get into or out of the pods. The whole bed structure would shake and groan loudly every time anyone moved in any of the multiple beds connected to each other too.

Clean, cozy budget room

I book one bedroom pod. It’s clean room, amenities towel, soap, shampoo provide. Breakfast bread, jam, coffee provided. Large space living rooom and dining room, shared shower room, man and woman separated shower room, laundry machine available. Overall it’s affordable stay in the middle of city, walking distance to union station 15 minutes, St Michael hospital 15 mins. The staff is helpful and informative.

It’s the perfect place to stay when you’re solo travelling and just want a good cheap place to stay for a few nights located right in downtown Toronto. The stay itself is located in a good area with public transport all around and close to several attractions like the CN Tower,Toronto Sign, Scotiabank arena and Roger’s center. Was just a 30 minute walk straight down to get to Roger’s Center for me as I stayed over the weekend to see a concert. The rooms are small but well designed as it has a little cubby area for your stuff my backpack fit just perfect in there and has a key lock so can store your things securely. Only downfall for the pod rooms themselves would be that the beds do make a lot of sound when sitting on them certain ways as they are on top of metal I think. There’s only a curtain blocking you off for the rooms this goes for all of them. The bed itself is not to bad you’re only provided with one duvet cover and no extra bedding so if you are a bit ocd or neat freak I’d advise to bring your own bedding. The washrooms and showers are shared and separated from one another. There’s three stalls for the washroom two sinks and showers are just two at least for the women’s side. For the showers it’s just a room with a sink and two showers next to eachother so would have to undress in the shower or before hand.You have access to a shared fridge microwave and a filtered water tap at the kitchen sink. Did not use kitchen so might be more things available I missed.
