It was extremely frustrating to have to had to sleep in a room where the ace was not staying on it was extremely hot unacceptable The room was properly clean there was joint left on Ac vent asked for room service never received it I frequent here and this was the worst experience I have ever had hands down

When I arrived I contacted the hotel to arrange for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. The Agent from the hotel who answered the telephone when I asked to have the shuttle collect me apparently hung up the phone. I called back but my calls were unanswered. I took a taxi to the hotel and was charged $44 which I now know was excessive. The font desk agent at checkin was unpleasant. When I got to the room it was disappointing. There was a hole in the wall, the wall paper was pulling away from the wall all over the room, there was a musty smell and the entire night I felt something crawling on me even though I could not see what it was. Each of the hotel staff I encountered was impolite. My greetings of good morning or hello were unanswered. This hotel was the worst hotel I have stayed at. I will not stay there again.
