I recently stayed at this hotel for convenient access to Pearson Airport, and it was exactly what I needed for a no-frills, functional stay.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but it had everything required for a good night's rest. The real standout was the quick service restaurant in the lobby. I was pleasantly surprised by how fantastic the food was, well above what I'd typically expect from airport hotel dining. There's also a pub on-site, though I didn't have a chance to check it out.
Location-wise, it's perfect if you need to be near the airport. The 10-minute walk to Pearson is very manageable and beats dealing with shuttles or taxis for short stays. The hotel does offer a free shuttle if desired.
One thing to note: there's no elevator, so if you're arriving with heavy luggage from the airport, be prepared to carry your bags up a flight of stairs. It's not a dealbreaker, but worth keeping in mind if you're traveling with a lot of gear or have mobility concerns.
Overall, this is a solid choice for anyone looking for straightforward, affordable accommodation near Pearson. It delivers on the basics and then some, especially with that surprisingly good restaurant downstairs.
