Really enjoyed our stay here during a national convention. We had four different rentals and having our own spaces to cook was perfect for us. Property was secure, clean and location was fantastic! Definitely recommend!

Poor experience – heating issue unresolved and no

We had a terrible experience during our stay. The air conditioning in two rooms kept blowing cold air all night, even when the thermostat was turned off. It was a rainy, cold day, and our family of six ended up sleeping together in the kitchen because it was the only warm area. Although the staff responded quickly to my messages, they didn’t actually fix the problem or provide any alternative. We were checking out early the next morning, but they said someone would come to check the issue at 10 AM — which was completely useless for us. I requested a refund, but even after a day, there’s still no update. Very disappointing experience.

The floor in front of the stove was in need of repair. A rubber rug or something would have helped. It was painful on the feet. It was clean, staff helpful, excellent location

The apartment was not very clean. Rugs not vacuumed and floors were not clean (sticky to walk on). Extra sheets and towels were washed and left in the dryer, which I folded and put away in a closet. There was a dishwasher, but no dishwasher pods. The dryer was extremely loud when I used it. There was only one working elevator for 29 floors. The second elevator has not been working for months according to the people who live in the building. Overall, the location was wonderful and we were close to everything. The building was secure and quiet.

The room could use a bit more cleaning. It smelled very clean when we walked in but it needs some work. The kitchen cabinets were dirty like in between the front wall. There was men’s hair from shaving behind the sink and the shower liner reaaaaally needs to be replaced. It’s off putting. It would be nice to have more than 1 hand towel and somewhere to hang your towels after your shower since you’re only given 1 towel each person. There’s just nowhere to put or hang anything in the bathroom. The location is fantastic and overall it’s a fine place to stay. I’d stay again but don’t expect anything above average for your stay. The elevator situation can be awful in the building but no one can help that, it’s just a good thing to know.

Out of the two, one lift didn’t work throughout our stay, this was annoying as the wait was too long. We found the drier full of laundry on arrival. Good location , good property but can be managed better. They also ask for a security deposit before giving you the key box passcode.
