It's a very unique hotel, located smack dab in the middle of so many dining and bar options, I'd definitely stay here again.....although my wifi did not work and the support text was ignored.

Food in the cafe and for breakfast was odd. Pancakes were sour, food very greasy, and sausage/bacon not crispy. Otherwise clean and nice crash pad for one night stay. Elevator did break down.

The hotel vibe is great but I'd say what stands out the most is the service. From Jasmine and Virna serving me at the cafe's/restaraunt's to Tony with security making sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, the staff are what makes the Drake 5 stars!

The place is nice. Very quiet. The roof top bar could have been worded properly, and mentioned that it’s only on the second floor as roof top gives you that impression that it is high up in floors. The Drake underground was closed on a Friday night, which I had asked about the day before and the gentleman answering the phone never told me it was. The hotel doesn’t have a parking and you will need to use public parking, but that’s pretty normal for downtown Toronto. Overall it’s a cool little hotel with small rooms.
