Bed and pillows very stiff and not to a hotel standard, we woke up with back and nick pain. No comfort at all, no EV charger for any other car expect Tesla, so if you have other EV car don’t go there. They charged us $45 plus tax for our car while at the exit it was $41 plus tax! This property is not a standard hotel category and should not be considered a hotel with 4 stars. It should be considered a motel or inn.

The room and the staff were in very good condition, the bathroom is particularly nice. However, I had expected a luxury experience - based on the description and based on the name of the hotel. I was disappointed. A high-end experience should not nickel and dime people. Although I understand having snacks and mini bar cost extra money, in a luxury hotel, it shouldn’t cost money or maybe it shouldn’t be offered. Perhaps offer a couple things complementary to make the guest feel special. Most surprisingly, I was not able to hook up my phone to any sort of speaker in the room and when I attempted to play music off the TV, I was surprised to find out that it would cost me money to stream music on the TV. The decor was bland and boring. I will likely go back to booking boutique hotels instead of chains going forward.
