The TV was not functional. When asked for another complimentary coffee pack for the coffee machine, they said it would be brought to our room. The. They called our room to clarify what we wanted, when we asked just for a coffee pod, they brought us shampoo and lotion. They clearly did not listen to our request.

Not Happy!

Room had odor, carpet had odor, woke up with bed bug bites, the shear curtain that goes in front of black out curtain was missing and the most of the track hooks for it missing so I either had to have total blackout or totally see through window. No microwave. Asked for total towel replacement early evening front desk stated sure they would send someone up, they never came. Bath tub needs recalked and bottom tub surface was like a weird vinyl rubber feel and moved around like a water bed, almost causing me to almost slip several times had to hold on to grab bar while showering and I am an active athletic person. Tub needs to be reinforced or replaced! Empty wine bottle under couch from previous guest. So much was wrong with this stay.

Honestly for the price I couldnt imagine any better. The property is only a 25 minute drive away from downtown (thats including early am traffic). It's quiet, the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and the hotel was able to confirm and lock in my reservation in 5 minutes. Yes the room did show a bit of wear and tear but was clean and made for a comfortable stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Pleasant stay

My wife and I were unexpectedly in Toronto due to a family crisis and I had to make arrangements on very short notice. After previous drama, the Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites was a breath of fresh air. We had breakfast one day and dinner the following day at the restaurant both of which were good (nothing fancy bu then again reasonably priced)
