The room was really big and spacious, main complaint is that it was on the 3rd floor (rm 385) and we were told there was only theb1 elevator which was almost a 10-15 minute walk to our room, why when I we were walking through to get to the elevator, I saw a maid opening one of the staff doors and behind her there was 2 elevators. This was really annoying, why wouldn't they allow guest to use them and make it easier on us. Also the hot tub was closed, not impressed.

Room was huge, beds were comfy. We didn’t have bedding for the pull out so we called down. It was delivered in minutes but we had to make the bed ourselves. Hallways were crazy hot. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Shower was hot with great water pressure.
