Was excellent yet again. Second time coming to the apartment. Is between Punta Prima and the Marina so plenty of places to go shopping or to eat with great variety. Cant wait to go again

Excellent. Suitable for couples or families

The property was lovely. Well equipped. Well situated. 20 to 25 minute slow walk to either Punta Prima or the harbour in the opposite direction. Went with my husband for our 10th wedding anniversary and cant wait ti go back hopefully in September taking our daughter with us. Would definately recomend.

A wonderful apartment, highly recommended

We had a lovely holiday staying in this apartment with our 4 year old girl. Apartment really clean and extremely well equipped. Air conditioning was wonderful and we loved the pools. Our daughter was delighted to find amazing inflatables in the apartment for our use!! In good location within walking distance of resturants and beach. Bus stop really close for journeys further afield. We enjoyed a really relaxing holiday and would highly recommend it.

The Appartment was great, great sea views, everything you can wish for, for a lovely holiday!.. clean, well equipped. Easy route to Torrevieja and caba roig!.. it has one of the biggest shopping centres in Europe!.. all in all we really had a great 10 days!.. we would definitely recommend this holiday Appartment. thank you

A large 6th floor apartment in small gated complex with 2 swimming pools.The apartment was modern and we'll equipped to help you enjoy your stay.Aldi supermarket less than 100mtrs away and open every day including Sunday.A short walk away was several beach front bars and restaurants offering good food and drinks at reasonable costs.About 2kms away,20 minutes steady walk was a small shopping centre with the upstairs used by various bars offering a variety of food choices including the old faithful Mc Donald's.A very nice holiday and looking forward to returning in 2019. thanks

Great apartment with seaviews

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, well maintained, in a quiet location near the sea and on the bus route to town. Sarah the manager arranged our taxi to and from the airport and she could have not been more helpful. The local buses run frequently. To get into town get bus D or F and ask for minigolf which stops at the marina. There is a huge market on fridays. Get bus H from minigolf. Aldi supermarket across the road. There are a few restaurants around the corner on the beach which we found to be excellent. The customer service from Phil the owner was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Nous avons passé un super séjour l'appartement était parfait. Les commodités étaient parfaite aussi, je dirais que le seul bémol était que la mÚre qui était au pied de l'immeuble était difficile d'accÚs pour la baignade car trop de rocher. Sinon à 5 10 minutes à pied on peut trouver une plage classique. Le propriétaire est super gentil et accueillant merci encore.

Mysig lÀgenhet och inga komplikationer, allt gick att ordna via hyresvÀrd med. LÀgenheter Àr utrustad med det basala, dock kunde vi inte starta TVn under vÄr vistelse. Det som var lite jobbigt var att det var svÄrt och boka taxi dÄ det pÄstods att boendet lÄg mellan tvÄ orter, sÄ varken Orihuela eller torrevieja taxi ville plocka upp oss, Vi blev tvungna och gÄ 200 meter för att bli upp plockade. Rekommenderar att anvÀnda appen taxiclick, dÄ kunde de komma direkt till entrén.

Hemos tenido unas vacasiones horribles, las camas estan en muy mal estado, la limpieza fatal. Tuve que lavar las sabanas y las toallas estaban sucias y con pelos, lo mismo la cocina y el apartamento en general estaba para dar un buen repaso de limpieza, encima tuve que pagar por la limpieza 85e . No aguantamos los 7 dias a los 5 dias nos volvimos porque el descanso era un infierno. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

Large two bed apartment right at the sea, with great south facing panoramic view. Furnishings in need of updating, we bought new bed linen for our 6 week stay. Would use this apartment again.

Lovely apartment just out of centre of torrevieja

The apartment is lovely. Clean and well maintained and very secure. It's about three km out of the centre where all the shops bars and market are. It's a pleasant walk along the coast road to the centre. Slightly closer, in the opposite direction is Punta Prima where there is a wonderful restaurant called nautilus. The only slight downside of our holiday was the poor service given by the local lady who the owner organised to provide our transfers to and from the airport. She was two hours late collecting us and was unfamiliar with the local area and didn't tell us which keys opened which of the security doors in the apartment complex. She painted a very poor picture of the local area and during the drive to the apartment we were starting to think we'd made a mistake however we found that the area is lovely and there was plenty to see and do.

Even better than last time we stayed!

The apartment and the town are even better than they were last time we stayed. Friendly booking service, really handy location near everything you need, and it was quiet in the building and grounds. Our children had the pool to themselves (swimming pool water probably a bit cold for parents in April)! We had great sunshine for eating out, walks and going to beach. We liked the daily evening craft market, restaurants and the funfair in the tourist centre of town. This review is for the apartment in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, Spain.

Highly recommended , Great view and super clean.

We were very impressed with Phils appartment and had a lovely weeks stay. This Appartment is fully equipped and the rooms are big with 2 big bathrooms. Great views and 100% clean and immaculate. Great beds. I cant recommend this Appartment enough as it exceeded our expectations and our standards are very high. Close to Aldi which was very handy!! Good roadside parking Many thanks Phil for a great holiday and if we are going back this will be our destination. Dennis and Aniko

Fantastic Apartment, Great view

Great holiday destination, apartment had all the mod cons including air conditioning which was needed as temp was in the 30's.Lovely private pool areas were well maintained & area was very secure, Great views of the sea from the balconies where shops/bars & beach were less than 10 mins away. Highly recommend & will definitely return!

Excellent value for money

A fabulously spacious well equipped apartment with everything you could possibly want. The cleaning team keep it spotless and well maintained. As a single parent travelling with younger children I appreciated the double security before you could access the lifts. There is a good mix of residents in the block both holiday makers, owner occupiers from Europe and Spanish residents. The pools and grounds are clean and the garden areas are beautiful. The real bonus is the sea breeze while you are lounging by the pool, for the July August stay I would add essential! The apartment has two supermarkets very close and within a five minutes walk you can find lots of coffee and donuts! There is an array of lovely little restaurants all within easy walking distance which are amazingly inexpensive as this is more of a Spanish resort so you don't feel that you are being fleeced. We stayed for a month and there was plenty to keep us all amused! By the time I left I was practically horizontal. We will definitely return!!
