It is accessed through a porthole inside the property. In the closing wall, from the sidewalk, there is the water cut key. Inside the property, we find an open terrace that has a sofa, 2 armchairs and a table, under a large umbrella and in front of the armchairs there is a barbecue and a portable shower. Going up a small staircase, there is a covered porch where there is a folding wing table with four garden chairs and the access door to the interior of the house. Once inside, the house is distributed on four floors connected by a staircase. On the ground floor, there is the living room and kitchen, which has ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric juicer, sandwich maker and a complete kitchenware.
