Villa Teresa is located in Albisano, a town on the first hill of Torri del Benaco, at about 300 meters above sea level, a place that offers a view of the lake from a privileged and very panoramic position. The villa, which is surrounded by a garden of about 1,000 square meters completely fenced, is located in a slightly raised position and allows you to see the center of the town and a wide panorama of the lake.
The location is very sunny but also well ventilated and allows for very relaxing stays in great tranquility and privacy.

The villa is composed of two apartments, one of which is used by the owners.

The furniture is a bit dated but still functional and for this reason a very advantageous price is requested which makes it a suitable solution for those looking for a holiday in tranquility and privacy without spending a lot.

The parking is adjacent to the access road, from here you access the panoramic porch from which you enter directly into the living room / kitchen area, and from here you have access to a room with a double bed, while a small hallway allows us to reach the second double bedroom and the bathroom.

The large living room, dominated by the large fireplace, enjoys a wonderful view of the lake and the village of Albisano, and is furnished with two sofas and a dining table.

The apartment has a large garden for the exclusive use of guests.

The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

No type of food, drink or consumable material (soap, shampoo, etc.) is provided

Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
