As you enter your private oasis, the crystal blue Lake Budgewoi will welcome you.
Whether you want to gently unwind or socialise with loved ones, this professionally designed, family-friendly lake house has all you need for a laidback and convenient stay on the Central Coast. This 5-bedroom villa is spread over three levels and can accommodate 12 guests.

The lower level features a combined living and dining space, a family room and fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom with contemporary fixtures and laundry facilities. The level opens up to a large and private balcony, providing picturesque views of the lake.
Step outside to enjoy the expansive backyard, patio and pool. Take a stroll on the pathway that leads to the private jetty and take in the stunning beauty of Budgewoi Lake. For boating enthusiasts, two single boats complete with life jackets are available in the storage area.

• No parties allowed.
• Small gatherings are subject to approval.
• Pets are allowed. You are welcome to bring one pet. Please contact us if you have more than 1 pet.
