Excellent Home

We took our employees on a much deserved weekend get away to our favorite town - Townsend. The home was super spacious with very large rooms. We played pool, foosball, listened to music, basketball and even climbed the wall. Highly recommend to any group looking for a peaceful relaxing home - will be back

Great Place

Myself and 2 co-workers spent just 3 nights here while doing some training for the national park. The house was great with tons of space and beautiful accommodations and great surrounding scenery. Nice hot tub and fun stuff inside. We will hopefully be coming back here on a regular basis.

Wedding week!

I rented this cabin for the week of my wedding. We invited our families to stay with us. I was worried we wouldn't all fit in the house, but we all had our own rooms and space. My niece and nephews loved the outside space, the game room and the hot tub. We had 9 adults and 3 kids. We also loved how close everything was to the house as well. We did have a few issues with somethings not being cleaned when we arrived, but the host was amazing and fixed all our concerns. We did however, wish the fridge was a little bit bigger or have a second one- we had to use coolers for our drinks to fit the rest of the food we bought. We also kinda wished there was a bathroom downstairs in the playroom as thats where the kids stayed. They were afraid to go up and down the stairs at night. All in all, our stay was great!!

We had a total of 13 people stay in the house and we were not crowded at all! The property was absolutely perfect for us while we were in town for a wedding!!! Would love to stay here again and take in the Mountain Views!

Great location for exploring the Smokies!

Our family had a great week here! Enjoyed the property with our dogs. Plenty of space for 10 of us plus 2 dogs. Helene and Chris quickly responded to any inquiries we had. Easy access to the National Park. The hot tub was a plus after a couple of long hikes. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Costa family retreat

The cabin was very comfortable, the children loved the game room and lower deck. We had some problems with the refrigerator when we first got there, but our host had it repaired in a day. The location was perfect, so many things to do in the area. The wildlife passing thru the yard was beautiful. Would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay. The location was off the beaten path but also close to all the fun of Townsend, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Perfect place for families to unwind, relax, and reconnect. The side deck overlooking the mountains ended up being our home base. We sat out there for hours just enjoying the tranquil views. Helene and Chris were very responsive and helpful. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Wonderful experience!

10 of us in our family, my husband, myself, daughter & her family and our son & his family. Had plenty of bedrooms so everyone who needed their own space had it. Big TV in every bedroom plus in living & boys bunk room/game room! Huge yard, great porches, lots to do right there on the property. Property was well manicured outside and nice & clean inside. Furniture is nice, big dining table, comfortable beds, patios have plenty of sitting room. Beautiful view off the living room deck!! Kitchen is WELL STOCKED with anything you need! Love the drip coffee/Kcup combo. Nice big refrigerator & freezer. New washer & dryer. Plenty of towels! Location is perfect! Good restaurants very nearby. Little drive to PForge & Gburg. Very close to Cades Cove where we saw at least 10 bears close up! Evening drive is best for wildlife. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay!! Great great memories to take back to Ft. Worth Thank you!!!

Great cabin

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The outdoor area was fantastic for the kids to play. We loved the basement arcade, foosball and pool table. The hot tub worked great and the fire pit is in a great location with lovely mountain views. The beds were very comfortable. The cabin is close to town and also the national park. We had no issues at all and would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Place for Girls Weekend

We loved the set up of the house. Lots of games and things to do on property. Bonus points for all of the bath towels. We only had 4 beach towels for the hot tub, we were 10 ladies, so more would have been more ideal, but we used our extra bath towels, so we were left out to dry or anything. Love the privacy of the place. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful mountain view!

Our family stayed here for Christmas and had a great time. Helene was very responsive and even purchased a new air fryer when I asked if there was one. More than enough room for everyone, the only down side was the water pressure and I doubt there is anything they can do about it. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful views and the kids enjoyed the foosball and pool.

The house was perfect for our family. With our 6 grandchildren from 11 years to 22 years, there was something to keep everyone entertained and connected as a family. It was a wonderful place to rest and play. 10/10 recommend this property and the owner was wonderful.!

Perfect getaway with family

This trip was in the making for almost a year. The location was amazing as it was just close enough to everything but also allowed us the space to relax in comfort and privacy. The house was perfect for our needs and the kids really enjoyed all that it had to offer. Our favorite spot was the balcony where we spent most of our time enjoying each others company and talking. It was the first time we’d spent all together in a really long time! The communication with the owners was also perfect and they helped every step of the way!

Exceeded Expectations

I can be a tough critic, and I really enjoyed this place. We had 10 total. 6 adults and 4 kids. We all got to be together without feeling like we were on top of each other. The beds were very comfortable. I appreciated all the updates yet a good amount of character the home still possessed. We loved and utilized the deck a lot. Starting each morning with coffee gazing at the mountain landscape and ending each day at the same spot with a glass of wine. It was perfect. We were in town for a half marathon race, and I hadn’t considered coming back to Townsend until now. I’d return and stay at the same place without hesitation. Thanks so much for sharing the property with us!
