A great location near Cades Cove, a classic motor lodge park in front of your room (assigned slots) motel. Townsend is a very nice place to spend time.

We loved it here. It’s so close to Cades Cove which is why we came to TN to begin with. We plan on staying here in the future. Close to Cades Cove and away from all the busy tourist areas like the other hotels, etc.

Wonderful place to stay! I frequent Townsend many times throughout the year and will definitely stay here again! The property is well maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. I loved the balcony too! I love the location-so close to everything including the greenway! The staff was so warm and welcoming.
