Casa Trifone A is a graceful studio apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps two people. From Casa Trifone A you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Casa Trifone A is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Maiori, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the closest beach (Maiori Beach) at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles). You will reach Casa Trifone A from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Trifone A you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards), free of charge in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). The above-ground swimming pool is 2 meters (6.5 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long, 1.1 meters (3.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with guests staying at 3 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the end of April until the end of October.

Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. Here you will also find a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea at a distance. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. The parking space is suitable for one car.  Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a deck chair. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea at a distance.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has white exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table is a wall mounted table, and can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
