A large, bright living room with a fireplace offers unobstructed views and direct access to a terrace overlooking the pool, ideal for outdoor dining. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals in the best conditions (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine). A comfortable bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom with WC completes this level.
Ground Floor:
A first small bedroom with a single bed, ideal for a child or a guest, and a second bedroom with a double bed, with a shower room and WC. Direct access to the terrace and pool is also available. Amenities & Services:
The house is fully air-conditioned for optimal comfort and features high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi.
The perfectly maintained salt-water pool is fenced for added security and opens with a gate.
Exterior & Security:
The partially enclosed grounds do not have an access gate, but the pool is fenced to ensure children's safety. A natural and peaceful setting awaits you, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.
