Here’s a polished, positive VRBO review you can use or tweak:Fantastic stay! The property was very clean, modern, and well maintained—exactly as described. Riley was a wonderful host and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in, including door codes, which made arrival seamless. The location was excellent, close to downtown Traverse City and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Checkout was super easy and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

This is our second stay with a Mitten Group property. We have lived our entire lives in Traverse City, and now that we have to rent to visit, we find MG’s condos so clean, convenient and well appointed. The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms had everything we needed. The loft was very clean and cozy. I think it might help if you were to leave a note on the table with the parking pass. We didn't realize what it was for until the last night, not everyone reads the notebook. Also the parking lot was a little icy.Overall our stay was excellent

The combinations were great beds were comfortable access to all we needed in the kitchen. Really close to all attractions in downtown. Only issue was that we did not have an elevator. It was a lot to carry luggage up, and then I had an ankle injury, which made it really difficult to get up and down the stairs.

Comfy, clean, and great location

This is a great condo in a perfect location for visiting Traverse City Michigan. Lots of things within a walk or short drive, including a very nice beach park about 10 min away. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. And the roof top sitting area is terrific for the evenings. There are charcoal grills outside by the parking area. We did leave our remaining bag of charcoal there, for future renters. Overall, we would certainly stay there again.However, there is very limited parking. Only one space for unit and NO extra spaces in the lot. We were informed of this, but did not realize what a challenge it might be. The lots suggested were each about a mile away and one of them was a paid parking lot (not expensive, but still an extra 20). This is not convenient if you have anything to carry. You have to swing by, drop it off, and then go park and walk back or have your other vehicle follow along and bring you back. We were warned that parking in the adjacent lot (which is completely empty after 5 pm and on the weekend) could result in towing (so we did not risk it). Perhaps an agreement could be reached?There is no elevator, which for us is not an issue, but it could be for some renters. We did have a unit on the third (and top) floor.And the wifi did have some issues with reaching all the rooms or "cutting in and out". The host was extremely receptive to addressing that and hopefully has corrected the problem for the future.

Unit overall was good, internet would not connect & the fan in the main bath didn't work. Didn't realize the smaller room has no closet or dresser for clothes. Could also tell some areas were not cleaned very well by the cleaning crew but nothing major. Roof top area is super cool!

TC getaway

Great property a mile or so from downtown. Easy walk to downtown and nearby coffee shops, ice cream and restaurants.Units seem new and are very clean.Rooftop gathering area was nice. No elevator so keep that in mind if you book in 2nd and 3rd floors.

Good location, excellent unit!

This was exactly what we were looking for in a weekend Traverse City getaway. Loved the unit's amenities, as well as the location close to the beach and within walking distance of much of downtown. Didn't need the provided earplugs (were those in case of dogs in a nearby unit, or street noise?). The ONLY thing of note here is that if you have a unit above Floor One, you'll need to take stairs (no elevator) - that was definitely our workout!

Unit was a nice location, here for the marathon so close to start and end. Some issues during our stay, were addressed quickly which is good. However problems with internet persist despite many reviews mentioning this. Also be aware—if you have mobility issues. This is a third floor walk up—no elevator!

Family Weekend Getaway

We took a quick trip to celebrate Mother’s Day. The space was comfy and cozy and it was a nice landing space for our serene weekend. We were able to cook together and hang out in the shared living spaces. And then when we needed alone time we could retire to our own spaces. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place in TC

My sister and I spent to nights at this lovely condo in TC! It was conveniently located, clean, a lot of space (we each had our own bedroom and bathroom) and reasonably priced. The check-in and check-out were a breeze!! The owner communicated well and quickly. My only recommendations would be to have something in the tub to keep you from sliding when you get in (I slid a bit) and it would be nice to have a bottle of water for each person upon arrival. Otherwise, I cannot recommend this place more and hope to visit again soon!

A nice place

Clean and well stocked. WiFi was spotty. Just like the description says, there’s no cable so remember to bring your log ins if you want to watch TV. The photos look like you are steps from the main shopping area, but it’s actually at the other end of front street so it’s a bit of a walk.Communication was excellent with management company. The second bedroom has no closet or drawers, which was a surprise. All in all, it was a nice trip.

Nice place!

I loved my stay in Traverse City - the location was very close to downtown and lots of wineries. I didn't have any issues with noise from other guests or from the street and we stayed during the busiest time of year. Lovely stay and would stay again!

Girls’ Weekend

Condo was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We usually drove downtown but did walk to the food trucks one night and it was maybe a 15 minute walk. Condo layout was great, wifi was a little spotty logging in at first but eventually got in. Clean and comfortable. A little noisy one night from the road and other properties but earplugs were provided if needed and I slept just fine. Would stay here again!
