Beautiful home, very clean and well stocked. The rental company was very prompt and apologetic when we did have a small issue during our stay that they immediately corrected. We would visit again!

We had a great experience staying here. We made a last-minute decision to extend a trip we were on and needed another place to stay. We were able to book this property only 2 days before checking in, so that flexibility in accommodating us was VERY much appreciated. The house was extremely clean with a good layout and well-equipped kitchen. The large bathtub was wonderful and getting to park in the garage was a nice unexpected bonus - especially during the winter weather. The driveway was also cleared multiple times during our stay. The location is great - only a few minutes from downtown Traverse City so you can easily access everything there, but also far enough north on M-22 that it feels a little quieter. We stayed during the winter and so we couldn't experience the lake, but we did like the view of it at least. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. If you're considering it, it's well worth booking!

Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. The refrigerator died right before our trip, but it was quickly replaced and in working order. Plenty of amenities, in particular we loved the full suite of kitchen items, and beautiful views. We'll happily return in the future!

The property was well maintained, clean and a in great location. Check-in was seamless as was the check-out. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary utensils, pots, pans and was spotlessly clean. The Wi-Fi was easy to log into and had good reception. Awesome!

Had the best time in this very clean comfortable home. The dock and the back yard were definite favorites! Great location and very nicely stocked house. Only cons were- listing showed a twin and a queen bed in a room together. There was no twin bed in the house. Also, patio furniture cushions were submerged in water and unusable. That being said, would definitely stay again.

The house itself is pretty nice, one bedroom upstairs has a very bad mattress and we couldn’t really use that room. The outdoor porch was in very bad shape when we got there but after contacting the property manager it got cleaned up. The backyard and driveway have several ant hills and the backyard had small beetles that were all over the table and chairs- the upstairs balcony had 2 broken rails which made it a bit unsafe- the kitchen was wonderful and stocked nicely with plenty of dishes and cooking equipment- so some things were wonderful and other things were definitely not- it almost seemed like no one had done a complete cleaning and repairs for awhile. Also one of the kitchen windows would not close completely

The house and location was just what we were looking for. Great view of the lake across the street. Some of the checkout rules are a little tight to get done by 11:00am but we only stayed the weekend so we didn't have as much to do. We would stay there again.

West Bay getaway

We had a fantastic weekend retreat wine tasting in Leelanau peninsula shopping downtown and the state hospital shops. The resort was comfortable and very accommodating with kitchen and laundry supplies, wood for the fireplace and Beach chairs, and fun games outside. The only concern we have was the traffic in the morning starting at 6:00 AM from the front road. It wasn’t ideal location for wineries and downtown Traverse City.

Perfect area if you want to get out of the busy downtown area. A short drive to downtown TC. and Suttons Bay. The road is a bit noisy, but tolerable. Nice garage and approach for some driveway drinking. awesome view of the bay

This house was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Updates to this home were well done and beds were very comfortable. I appreciated the responsiveness of the rental manager. Tom’s Market was five minutes away for groceries, and it was a short drive into downtown and Old Mission Peninsula. We’d stay here again!
