Great location

Another great stay! This is a very cute boutique hotel right in the center of downtown Traverse City. It's just the perfect location for getting around and seeing all there is to see in Traverse City. Will definitely stay again soon.

Great Stay

The space was so clean and spacious. The bed and linens we so comfortable and the kitchen had any gadget you need. The location great to experience all of the downtown activities. We will stay here again- for sure!

Perfect Location!

My husband and I and our 1 year old stayed here for a little getaway! It was perfect for our little family. We loved being right downtown, having access to our car and having a beautiful and clean place to stay. It was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

Perfect location and space

We really enjoyed this space as it was in the perfect location to walk around the downtown area, and much nicer than a hotel. We were also very happy to have a parking space as it was one less thing to worry about.

Wonderful accommodations and great location!

What a gem for accommodations in Downtown Traverse City. The room was perfect; the use of Organic linens was a wonderful addition. For a downtown location, the room was extremely quiet, I never heard any traffic noise at all. Just spotless the room and staff are so very helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend for your stay in Traverse City.

Location can't be beat

What a perfect location to stay in downtown TC. The unit was all updated with top of the line bedding, furniture and fixtures. My wife and I were able to walk out the front door and be downtown or at the waterfront. Easy parking in the lot made it even better. We had a great time and will definitely be back in the future.

Just Perfect!!

Beautiful flat and entire property. Excellent location to everything, restaurants, shops, trails, lake!! Flat 205 was so gorgeous and clean, we wanted to move in:) Flat had everything we needed and more!! So worth the money to have it all at this property! Hosts were amazing during entire process with great communication. Great parking right behind building too. We will definitely be back… Hosts, Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Perfect Location!

This is a wonderful place to stay with all the conveniences of having a full kitchen and fridge and much more space than a hotel room would offer. Parking was super convenient, right by the back door and the elevator was only steps away. Location is in the heart of Traverse City, within easy walking distance to everything! If we needed anything, all we had to do was email the hosts and they would respond almost immediately, even after our visit. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Weekend Stay!

My husband and I travelled to Traverse City for the first time for a short weekend getaway and really enjoy our time. The apartment that we stayed in at The Flats was great! It was a perfect location to all that downtown Traverse has to offer and so walkable. The apartment was very well decorated, cozy and comfortable and immaculate. The hosts were very communicative and responsive and the check and check out was seamless and easy. I would highly recommend staying at The Flats. We have nothing negative to say about it. We will definitely stay again when in Traverse City!

Flat was awesome new, contemporary! Great location! Unfortunately u could hear people talking, walking too much from the street and motorcycles on Thursday night on Union was not cool. Love the location and ease to, water, eating and hiking!! Thanks Steve!

Wonderful stay at The Flats!

We stayed at The Flats for two nights in September and loved our stay. The location is the heart of downtown Traverse City. We were in a one bedroom and had plenty of room. The Flat was clean and nicely appointed furnishings. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was key. The reserved parking is also very convenient. Steve was very responsive leading up to the stay and during the stay. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend and would stay again our next trip to Traverse City.

This was our first time in Traverse city, it was great that we were so close to the beach and all the restaurants and shopping. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The street noise is very loud, especially on the weekends. You will get no sleep until the bar crow dies down.

One of the best places I've stayed at on vacation.

This place was utterly fantastic. Looks exactly like the pictures and had a remarkable view of the street below. Its also extremely lowkey, it looks like a business from the outside so it feels very private even though its in the midst of everything. The dedicated parking lot was a great touch as well since it allowed us to depart from the middle of downtown without ever having to find our cars. The location is great too, about a street over from an awesome lake view and a short scenic drive away from like an island peninsula with some sick views. This place is also near every restaurant on earth. I'll leave it at that. Extremely responsive staff, exceedingly high quality room - I cannot recommend this place enough.

Special place in historic building

My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. We loved the place, the decor and the style of the loft- design and style choice are all super nice. Nice towels and bedding, full kitchen, appliances and would be nice to cook in this kitchen. It is a great location and easy to walk around. Ease of check in and checkout was great! Beautiful light coming in large windows! Loved it and would rebook again in the future. Very central location and with that it can get a bit noisy at night due to being in a central busier downtown location around active businesses open at night- nothing major just business patrons making noises as they walk by the building. Not a negative, we enjoyed it, just something to be aware of. The noise was from external individuals and the actual noise in the building was minimal- even with some minor construction on the ground floor during the day. No negatives regarding our stay and would highly recommend!
