We were super excited to be able to conveniently bring our small dog as he is like my child since my boys went to college & have moved out into their own homes. That’s my favorite part when I can bring my dog with us on a short trip. Everyone & everything else, of course was 5 star. Everything was absolutely perfect & we didn’t have one problem while we were staying. Thank You Warm Regards - The Sweeney’s.

The hotel itself is clean and accommodations nice. However, we made our reservation 2 months prior to our stay for our anniversary. We try to take our anniversary trip to Traverse every year. We've never stayed at thia hotel. When we got there to check in they said, I see you booked a king bed room, but we have "overbooked" our king rooms so we've moved you to a double bed room. Ummm...ok...so what makes you decide who gets what they reserved and who doesn't? Nothing like spending your anniversary in separate beds because its not like two grown adults can share a double bed. And no prior communication was given about the room change, nor any futher explanation other than "we overbooked" and "we've moved you". They did tell us there is "usually" a manager here in the morning if you want to talk to one. After having to spend the night in a room you didn't book what would be the "point" in the morning? We probably won't be repeating a visit in the future simply because as a business, this was very unprofessional.

The room Was clean. Plenty towels, there was body wash, shampoo provided. It was quiet. Breakfast was good. I had eggs, bacon, potatoes, bagel. Juice coffee. Hot fresh.

The view from outside the main door is amazing and there is a beautiful coastal park just across the street. Staff was very friendly. The room was great and the staff amazing. The room overall is good but could use a little TLC to clean up some small wear and tear. The door was also poorly hung or sealed as a lot of light came from the hallways into the room.
