0/10 The people in front of us were charged for having a service animal. The receptionist was as rude & confrontational as she possibly could be.The hotel needs to educate the reception crew about service animal laws as well as customer service in general. The police were there arresting people left and right. We did not feel safe. There was a crack/hole in the filthy bathtub. Instead of fixing it they slapped some duct tape on it. On a positive note there was an older gentleman staff member that happened to be kind to us upon our exit!

The room was very clean; the staff (Mary) was helpful as was the night staff when our taxi did not show up. The hotel is dated but clean. We thought the shower was way above average for a hotel!! Walls are thin so could hear snoring but turning on the A/C canceled the Bear noises.

I was skeptical since the price was so low, but it proved to be a solid, clean place to stay. It isn't a destination hotel, but if you need an overnight or two in Traverse City, it is worth a look. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited and I didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on that.

I really like Seasons Inn for its location. Very clean room, and staff is polite and friendly. Easy parking, close to public beaches with several restaurants around. It’s not far from Traverse City downtown. I can get my lovely Elk Rapids lake side ( public beach) just in 18 min driving.
