Staff was great, room was very noisy with people around us throughout the night! TV was on Spanish and wasn't able to switch to English. Staff was great in trying to correct.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during the check in process, the room was nice but in the bathtub in 211 the drain wasn’t actually connected so you couldn’t fill the tub (we didn’t want to but for future reference) outside of that the beds were neat the pillows were extra comfy and the stay was perfect

Let’s call this hotel what it is…a no frills hotel with comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub are nice. Rooms are small, but I’m not in TC to hang out in my room. The continental breakfast consists of cereal, yogurt and coffee. The staff isn’t overly friendly and sometimes seem annoyed if you ask a question. Again, not there to make friends with the staff. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. That is the most important thing for me.

Room was overall fine. However the toilet paper was the thinnest I have ever seen. Also, the front desk isn't manned. Instead there is a phone you can use to call someone. The person that came out to check me in smelled heavily of smoke and did not tell me the breakfast hours. I came down for breakfast at 6:30 a.m. and had to use the phone to call someone again. They said 10 or 15 minutes for coffee and breakfast. When I got back to my room, my hair smelled of smoke from how strong the smell was in the lobby.

There was a lot of dirty hiding in the small towel hole things and marks on the walls the bed felt like a giant laid in it was VERY lumpy Toast Cherrios Kellogg and yogurt for breakfast The manager ? Was the only one I seen there he was very helpful and polite Pool is small but felt warm-ish The doors do NOT have automatic doors and the one set pulls and the other pushe was very strange
