This was the fourth year in a row that we spent the first weekend in November at this property. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. And the view of Grand Traverse Bay was stunning. We’ll be going back and I’ve already recommended it to my friends.

This place is great! Friendly front desk, clean lobby, nice and clean room! We stayed on the first floor with a balcony over looking the lake! Beautiful! Couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this place!

The room was clean, comfortable, & we had a fabulous view of the beach & water. Took advantage of the balcony, enjoying the fresh air & quietness of the area. The staff was very accommodating, professional, & friendly. Your (boxed) breakfast is delivered to your door at the time you specify. Really nice because you can stay in your pj's & not deal with the public. There are several selections to choose from for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was very nice during my stay. I did notice some sand present on the floor of my room which I had to keep in mind when getting into bed. The only recommendation is the sliding screen door sticks and could be tricky to close. Otherwise the property was great, the staff was wonderful and I had a great stay.

The view was charming, but the rooms were a little dated. We also noticed that there was a lingering stale odor throughout the hotel. The distance from attractions and shoreline was very accessible. Overall we had a very pleasant two night stay.
