Lifts: the apartment is located 350 meters (6-7 minutes walk) from the Spinale Express cable car. Truly close. You can take the bus, at the stop near the Spinale or near the Piazzale Brenta, to go to other facilities and to Campo Carlo Magno.
Apartment: 65 m2 apartment on the ground floor with 2 beds in a double bedroom (with single beds side by side) and 2 places in a bedroom with bunk beds (without sides). For families with more than 4 people, sofa bed located in the living room. Present blankets and pillows. We do not provide sheets and linen.
The apartment consists of: 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower). A parking space in the garage in the basement. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, a kitchen with four electric hobs, a small fridge, crockery and pots. There is no washing machine.
Grocery shopping: for shopping, at 150 meters (3-4 minutes) from the apartment, there is a supermarket in piazzale Brenta, or, in the city center, supermarket next to the square, in via Dolomiti di Brenta. Comfortable.
Town center: 750 meters (12-14 minutes walk) away from the apartment you get to the center of Madonna di Campiglio and the Church.
Skiing: Spinal, Grosté, Pradalago and Five Lakes and are the central poles of SKIAREA CAMPIGLIO Brenta Dolomites, connected together and linked to the slopes of Folgarida-Marilleva in Val di Sole and Pinzolo in VAL RENDENA. In terms of numbers, there are 150 km of slopes on skis, 100 tracks (45 blue, 37 red, 18 black), 5 snow parks, 61 plants, 95% of slopes covered with artificial snow.

Everything I needed

Not for those seeking a designer pad but warm, clean, with well equiped kitchen, recently renovated bathroom, washing machine, parking and unlike many newer places a very generous amount of space in a good location. Its dated but very comfortable with a great host. Need own linen which for some is a problem but for those who can bri g their own its great value.

Great apartment near Spinale

Pierangela apartment is a 5 minute walk from Spinale, our preferred location in Madonna as you can get up to Groste without using the busy Groste cable. All communication with Pierangela was great with lots of advice and instructions and she was very friendly and flexible. The apartment was as described and was very clean. Due to its location and size, the apartment was excellent value for money. Yes you can more find more modern apartments and hotel rooms but expect to pay considerably more. If you are looking for a perfectly located ski apartment that’s warm and clean and has all you need then Pierangela’s apartment is great.

Super huis op 5 minuten afstand van de Spinale lift

Week op deze top locatie mogen verblijven. Zoals aangegeven zijn er problemen met de elektriciteit maar als je de boiler uitzet met koken heb je hier geen last van. De communicatie met de huisbaas was uitstekend. Dag voor aankomst en vertrek werd er via de VRBO chat doorgegeven waar we de sleutel konden halen en afgeven. De garage onder het huis is laag en smal. Wij moesten de skibox van het dak halen om naar binnen te rijden. Verder was alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig in het huis.

Cozy place, great location, no working Internet

Because I work at night and in the morning, having no working Internet was an issue. Sure, the library has free Internet, but I am out and enjoying nature during the day. I still give this place 5 stars because it is old-fashioned, simple, cozy, super clean, and the bed is very comfortable. Adding to that, the location is outstanding.

We were very happy with our stay in Pierangela’s apartment. Apartment is not modern but has everything you need. Having 2 bathrooms is very convenient, saving you time to be ready for skiing in the morning and to be ready for the rest in the evening. They have heat off in condominium from 11pm to 6am. But we have never felt cold, apartment is very worm. Pierangela is very helpful and responsive host. She could arrange renting sheets and towels for us and provided WIFI (pretty fast WIFI). Thank you very much! You cannot bit location – it is just couple minutes walk to Spinale. From there you can reach any other of numerous ski areas in Madonna di Campiglio. We rented ski and boots at Spinale rental office. They have heated lockers where you can leave ski and boots for the nights. It was very convenient not to carry ski and boots to home. Supermarket is 2 blocks away (4 min walk). I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Ottimo soggiorno

Ottimo soggiorno in un appartamento molto confortevole. Esattamente come descritto, situato in posizione molto tranquilla e comoda sia al centro (5 minuti a piedi attraversando il parco, passeggiata deliziosa) che agli impianti (2-3 minuti a piedi e ci si trova alla partenza della Spinale). Insomma ci siamo trovati veramente a nostro agio, un po' come essere a casa propria.

Good place in a walking distance to Madonna’s center and to the Spinale cable car station

This is a good place in a walking distance to Madonna’s center and to the Spinale cable car station. We rented it for 3 people, but actually stayed just two of us (needing separate bedrooms). So, we were very comfortable there, each having its own bathroom. Each bedroom has 2 beds, so 4 people can still fit fairly comfortable, although bedrooms are somewhat small for 2 people. The living room is very large, so you can spend most of your time there. If you are OK with sleeping on the sofa in the living room, then 6 people can indeed fit. So, it really depends on the level of comfort you require. The kitchen is very well equipped. However, you may need to bring your own coffee machine (unless you want to use the Italian containers for making coffee, which we did not know how to use, and did not feel like changing our “coffee technique”). Also, if you like boiling water (let’s say for tea), you should bring your own kettle. The place was clean and well-maintained. There is no wi-fi in the apartment, but you can go to the nearby bar in Hotel Palu to get access. The owner does not communicate in English, but I used translate.google.com (with no knowledge of Italian) to communicate, and it worked very well.

Punto di forza sicuramente la posizione. L'arredamanto dell'appartamento è un pò datatato, sicuramente la proprietà ha piacere a lasciarlo così ma alcune modifiche sarebbero utili (es. sostituzione divano letto). Cucina non molto funzionale. Ottima la presenza della lava-asciuga anche se l'utilizzo va organizzato visto che la corrente salta.

Good location for skiing

Well located in a quiet area close to the spinale lift, restaurants and shopping. Nice with indoor parking in the basement garage. The apartment is dated but spacious and well equipped for 4 persons. We enjoyed our stay for skiing in Feb 2022!

Very good position, short walk to the lifts and shops. Good restaurants nearby.

The aparment is nice, but a little worn out. The kitchen is very tight. The bunk bed is too low for adults. Good wifi. The dining table chairs need reparation.

Everything what is written in the advertisement was there. We were missing for dishwasher, it did not work well, so we cleaned the dishes manually. It was not a big problem for us. Rest was ok :)

Appartamento abbandonato, in tutti i sensi.

1) non siamo stati accolti (probabilmente per un disguido?) e le chiavi lasciate in un altro luogo. 2) appena entrati l’odore di chiuso e stantio ci ha subito colpito 2) era tarda serata e abbiamo iniziato comunque a fare i letti, mettere lenzuola e federe,posizionare gli asciugamani. Materassi in gommapiuma antelitteram, coprimaterassi sporchi, pieni di capelli, pulviscolo e peli. 3) coperte indecenti, probabilmente non lavate da troppo tempo, macchiate e lasciate alla rinfusa. Il pavimento di tutta la casa era sporchissimo( abbiamo passato dello scotte umido per terra e lo abbiamo raccolto nero). 4) le dotazioni del resto della casa erano corrispondenti alla descrizione sul portale ma il loro stato quasi da denuncia. Al mattino abbiamo lavato tazze e bicchieri, sporchi e con residui stazzonati da tempo: ci siamo arresi. 5) dopo un’ora abbiamo lasciato L’ alloggio e trasferiti in un albergo li vicino. 6) non abbiamo richiesto alcun rimborso perché ho preferito sciare in pace per qualche giorno, ma indubbiamente l’appartamento non era abitabile in quelle condizioni. Capisco che un portale di prenotazioni non sia tenuto a controllare lo stato di ciò che propone ma mi aspetterei comunque la restituzione di almeno una parte della somma pagata anche se ho pagato in anticipo.

Goede locatie en voldoende ruim

Wat gedateerd appartement, maar met twee kleine badkamers en twee slaapkamers, dus geen noodzaak om de slaapbank in de woonkamer te gebruiken. Met vaatwasser en goede wifi. De ligging is goed t.o.v. De Spinale lift. Ook de winkelstraat en restaurants zijn op loopafstand.

Appartamento comodo, ben riscaldato, abbastanza ampio anche per 6 persone, se abituate a condividere gli spazi. I 2 bagni sono un ottimo affare. Pratico, vicino alla cabinovia dello Spinale.

Ottima posizione in zona tranquilla ma a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Madonna.

Appartamento datato ma ben tenuto. Ben attrezzato. Da' direttamente sul prato. Garage per noi inutilizzabile perché troppo piccolo rispetto alla nostra macchina furgonata. Pochi posti auto all' esterno per cui a volte abbiamo dovuto cercare parcheggio altrove. Appartamento freddo; a disposizione stufetta elettrica che aiuta poco. La luce salta, se non si seguono le precise indicazioni del proprietario. In generale vista la posizione e il prezzo concorrenziale, se non si è troppo pretenziosi, lo consiglio.

Appartamento comodo, situato in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla. I due bagni sono molto comodi ed utili per 4 o 5 persone. Senz'altro da consigliare per una vacanza rilassante.
