Well equipped kitchen. Having access to clean water for a buck a gallon was a big benefit. The pool area was great. But the view from the chairs just up the dune from the house was spectacular!

As they say in real estate
location, location, location. Treasure Cay beach is absolutely beautiful and Nick’s place is oceanfront, yet only a 30-40 second walk to the pool area. There are restaurants and convenience stores and a liquor store all within walking distance. The local owners were all remarkably friendly and welcoming. The only thing that could improve the stay would be a second bedroom for friends we sometimes travel with. For a couple wanting to get away for a quiet stay on the beach, doing as much nothing as possible, this is the place for you. Nick is a great host and quickly responsive when we had inquiries or issues. Great stay all around!

We had a great long weekend at this villa. The location can not be beat - hearing the waves from the bedroom was the perfect de-stresser. Conveniently located to amenities and food. Super cute, quiet, and well-maintained neighborhood. Our host was quick to communicate and answer questions and give suggestions. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our ten day stay at Wrigleyvilla. Perfectly situated in the dunes, we relaxed and read in one of the three outdoor spaces. The house was very clean with nice amenities and a very comfortable bed. Nick was very gracious in helping us change our dates after a family emergency and extend our stay when our flights were cancelled due to a huge snowstorm at home. We loved it and will be back!

Sure! Here’s a more polished and natural-sounding version of your review, while keeping your personal tone and insights intact:This villa is in an unbeatable location with private beach access that truly sets it apart. The beach itself is absolutely stunning—easily one of the most beautiful on the island—and we often felt like we had it all to ourselves with no crowds in sight. You can also take a quick walk along the shoreline to the Bahama Beach Club in under 10 minutes, which made for the perfect sunset drink spot in the afternoons.The villa was very clean, and the host was quick to respond anytime we reached out. We did have a plumbing issue on our second-to-last day, but the host handled the clean up promptly and had someone there immediately to take care of it. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t give it a full five stars, but overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay.It’s especially great for smaller families. Our 13-year-old slept comfortably on the queen-size pullout in the open living area. I would absolutely recommend this spot if you’re planning a trip to Treasure Cay!

Stunning Beach

A great location. The beach is off the patio. Fabulous seating area on the dune. Clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a no frills location with a great AC, StarLink, new appliances, gas grill and large televisions. This is your place. Nick is a great, responsive and helpful host. Most days we didn’t see more than ten people on miles of beach.

Great Place to Unwind and Recharge

Wrigley Villa is perfectly located on one of the most amazing beaches in all of the Bahamas! We had a great time here. The Villa is spacious for two people and includes a quality King-size bed/mattress, large walk in shower, new kitchen and appliances with all the basic amenities. Large outdoor patio with grill. Everything you need for a laid back stay in Treasure Cay. My favorite times: sitting on the dune in front of the villa watching the sunrises and sunsets and swimming in the clear azure waters. Our host was super-nice and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great Location by the Beach!

We enjoyed our stay in Treasure Cay. The beach is beautiful! Take time to go to the daily 5:30pm deck get together for owners & guests. It’s a great way to meet people and learn about things to do in the area. Everyone we met were very nice & interesting people.

Wonderful Trip

If you are looking for a nice and peaceful vacation and don't care about a lot of nightlight time activities, then this is the place. Really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful beach. Easy walk along the beach to a nice place for lunch. Enjoyed island hopping to Elbow Cay and Green Turtle Cay. Crystal clear waters. We will return!

Great location.

Can't see the beach but just right front of it. Clean and great communication with the owner. Didn't have a soap in a bathroom but no big deal. Shower at outside helps a lot also. Very quiet and comfortable stay.

Just a handful of steps to the stunning beach. Great seating area overlooking water. Perfect house for a couple. Everything you need for your stay and then some.. Nick was a great host and was responsive to any questions before and during stay but this place is turn key. Pictures are very accurate on listing. Looking forward to staying again.

My wife and I are rather simple, type of people, not expecting, or requiring anything to be perfect. This one bedroom villa was well above our expectations. It had everything we needed, was very clean and well equipped. We appreciated Nick providing us with any information that we asked of him before our arrival. We also appreciated the property manager, Donna, stopping by checking on us to see if there’s anything we needed. We will return for sure.

Wrigleyville Treasure Cay

Bungalow was clean & nicely redone. Towels, kitchen all properly allotted. Overall the bungalow has everything you would need. Nice patio and directly out to the beach over the dunes. Power went down a few times but was back up within an hour or so each time. Nick was responsive when we asked about when it would be back on. Keep in mind that the location is relatively remote. We were up for it, but make sure you stock up at the supermarket on the way. Across the street is a convenience store, liquor store, & small cafe. There's a beach bar & restaurant about 10 minutes down the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to a couple in our situation looking for a private, somewhat remote stay on the beach.
