TRANQUILITY COVE

Situated within the Trent Lakes, on Lake Catchacoma, home of the Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park, Tranquility Cove is located only 20 minutes by car to Bobcaygeon, under 1 hour to Peterborough, and approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes to Toronto.
PROPERTY
TRANQUILITY COVE is surrounded by 2 acres of property to explore, and beautiful gardens. Tranquility Cove welcomes guests with a picture-perfect interior, and a feeling of relaxing at home. There is room for 16 comfortably to enjoy the features of this home, including the open-concept great room overlooking the waterfront. Entertaining is easy with a large sectional sofa, and 2 cozy chairs in front of the wood-burning fireplace, conveniently located next to a wet-bar. Additional entertaining space is available on the main level from the dining and kitchen space into the adjacent Kawartha Pine room which includes a dining table for 8. From here, there is direct access to the rear deck with additional lounge chairs and a barbeque. The main level boasts the master bedroom with ensuite, and a private deck overlooking the waterfront. Also included on the main level is a 4-piece bathroom for guests, a second guest room with a queen bed, and laundry. Upstairs in the enclosed loft is a third guest room with a queen bed. The lower level with a walk-out includes additional entertaining space with a second large family room with a sectional sofa, big-screen TV, three bedrooms with queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with 2 single-sized bunk beds. Step out to the back of the property where a stone walkway leads down to the lower sundeck with lounge furniture, a propane fire-table and large umbrella. The large dock offers 550 sf of deck space and another large umbrella, along with a boat slip. There is 200 ' of lakefront available with beautiful sunrises and all day sun until approximately 5pm. During the month of July with changes in the water level there is a sandy, weed-free beach to enjoy.
