Dirty room, poor customer service

Room was dirty and we found animals foeces on our bed between linen and mattress. Poor welcome from host, they didn't even come to check us out and they where unable to give us much informations whatsoever. We only stayed because the position is very convenient (really central) and we needed to book by card, otherwise we wouldn't have. I do not recommend staying here.

Llegamos por la noche y los dueños de la casa no estaban. Pudimos hacer la reserva pero por lo que parece la casa ya no está disponible para alojarse y no la quitaron de la web.

Familia muy acogedora y amigable. Excelente habitación, muy bien comunicada con el centro de la ciudad y muy confortable. Desayunos, comidas y cenas excelentes. Super-recomendable.
